Through this 180 degree eAppraisal System, we would like to enhance the level of staff's self review on his/her performance. Also, through the discussion and evaluation process between the staff and appraiser, it can help to provide formal feedback to staff on his/her performance and identify performance gaps, if any, and determine improvement areas and development needed to fill these gaps. Finally, this eAppraisal System facilitates our HR analysis by collecting data and reviewing staff members' performance in a more systematic way and providing an objective reference for salary administration.
